"Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. The pictures are exactly as they are in real life, though there is now a shade over the pool to keep it nice and cold throughout the day. The stairs are very steep inside, especially to the downstairs with low headroom but it makes it fun and adds to the uniqueness of the property! "Overall the whole property was awesome. Perfect location and the river access parking was very helpful. We were able to unload at the river and it was a very short walk to the parking area for the river access. The pool was a perfect size for my family and we really enjoyed it especially after a long day at the river. "My wife and I (and our two dogs) truly loved our stay here. The house was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. My dogs absolutely loved running around the yard while we sat on the front porch listening to the hummingbirds buzz around. We also both agreed that the pictures don't do the location justice, it is a beautiful property in a beautiful part of Texas. We hope to make it back here again in the future. "
