"This location is absolutely fantastic. Direct access to the Frio river for swimming, fishing or just enjoying the beautiful view. We were a family group of all ages, and everyone had a wonderful time. Easy communication with the owner for questions. Highly recommend."

"Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. "I surprised my husband for his 60th Birthday! We loved staying here and it was so close to town! Everything was clean and comfortable! Woke up at 12:00 on Saturday night looked out and two deers were in the yard! Just amazing time"

"Normally stay at a cabin at Garner SP, but due to road construction they weren't available, but so glad we found PeachTree cottage. Nice and quiet, set far enough off the road to feel secluded, but a very short drive to Lost Maples SP. Clean and had plenty of gear for cooking. Would definitely come back!"

"Great location, convenient to surrounding attractions. Great pool. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of clean towels. The only thing that I can criticize was that the floor under the beds were pretty dusty, but other than that it was great."

"Our trip was very relaxing. The views were beautiful. It rained a lot but there were plenty of games and puzzles. The younger generation were amazed by the old phones. This is a beautiful little town and home. "

"Got this place for a 3 day get away. The owners were lovely and very accommodating! They even loaned us something’s we didn’t think we’d need. The house was well stocked with all sorts of supplies in the kitchen and the bathroom. For its smaller size it sleeps a lot of people. Perfect for family or friends, as long as you don’t mind all sleeping in a bunk room situation. We loved the close proximity to Garner and are already planning a trip to rent this place again in the future. "
