"A large group of us rented the Davos Chalet for a long weekend. There was more than enough room for us all. The common area was great for us to eat meals and hang out. The kids loved the game room in the basement. "

"A lovely, well maintained and furnished home, in a lovely location with nice cozy spaces on the inside. It was a great place to stay at and explore the natural beauty of the gogebic range, the south shore of lake superior, and the waterfalls and wilderness in-between. Having Weber lake within walking distance is a huge plus when visiting during the summer, and I have no doubts that it's an exceptionally nice place to stay for winter fun. "

"What a great place! My wife and I celebrated our anniversary this weekend with some hiking and kayaking. The kayaking trip was canceled last minute due to weather, but we took the disappointment in stride, because we had this beautiful hidden gem to come back to. Chris and Laurie couldn't have been more accomodating. Great hosts with an amazing place. It was very easy to leave the noise behind and enjoy time with each other alone in the woods. "Peaceful, beautiful property, nice walking path, lots to explore. We saw deer, squirrels, woodpeckers, birds, beaver/muskrat, and some fish. Stories & s'mores around the firepit each night. Fished by boat and canoe. Also kayaked. Great kitchen area and outdoor grill. Had foosball champion competition, played games, watched movies, went to Mercer for fish fry, explored by boat and on foot. Great weather, no mosquitos till last night of stay. Lots of family bonding."

"This home was very large and spacious for my family to stay for a wedding in the area. The beds were comfy and each room had a fan and air conditioning. It was easy for each of us to access the property with the door code so we didn't each need a key to get in. The host responded to my inquiries in a very timely manner. I would recommend staying at this property. "

"Nice place with plenty of room. The kitchen was clean and even had an air fryer and blender. The queen bed was a bit soft for my taste but that is a preference not a requirement. The local bakery, Bread of Life, had wonderful pastries and pasties. Joe checked in with us a couple times just to be sure everything was great. And it was. We were near plenty of great places to hike and enjoy the area. If we come back to this part of the UP, we will be checking here again. "

"We visited my son a few miles away from the condo, so it was perfect! Went to lake superior and hung out had great food at local restaurants! We also visited some other sites on our way there and back, so we know our great granddaughters had a great time!!"
