"This is the third time we have stayed here and it was as good as always. Nice quiet, safe neighborhood and great location to get around Omaha. It’s great for our dog cause it has a fenced in area and plenty of other yard to walk her. The house is simply a cute little ranch that’s all you need. Plenty of parking and space for family to come and hang out. "

"Very spacious for 19 of us. Kids liked the bunk bed room.Had plenty of kitchenware for cooking and eating at the house. Meghan is a great hostess."

"We enjoyed our family getaway - 7 adults, 4 kids. The property was as described, Layout of the house worked really well for us. A bedroom and family area in the lower level was great for the kids to have some space on their own. Kitchen was nice size to prepare meals for all. We didn't use the outdoor area as much as we would like due to the extremely high temps - but loved the hot tub, fireplace and shaded area for outside seating. The best part of all was the excellent communication...

"Same issues as others in the review. Drove 3 hours to get there just to have no check in instructions. Neither myself nor Vrbo could get in touch with the host so after about an hour and a half, I ended up turning around and going home. How this property is still listed is beyond me. "

"Nick was in touch very nicely to assure we had what we needed and our arrival went well. Our stay was very short but comfortable. Nicks home and the room we rented was clean. Thank you Nick for accommodating us. "

"The photos accurately reflected exactly what we found inside this simply appointed rental. What we didn’t expect was the sort of vibe or energy we felt from the moment we parked. We found ourselves describing it as ‘romantic.’ The building’s freshly painted exterior is pleasing and it’s easy to see the potential as we walked through the currently being updated/remodeled hall up to the well marked front door. "This house was so cute and cozy. My only complaint was the attic bedroom was hot even with all of the air conditioners on. However, it was in the 90s when we were there. It was cool enough by bedtime to sleep. The driveway was too steep for my car to go directly into but they were so helpful in telling me how to get in from the alley. We would definitely use them again. It was clean and very spacious. Lots of amenities too. Close enough to walk to some cool places as well. "

"We enjoyed our stay. It was a very homey feel. We were very comfortable and everything was easy to use and find.I especially enjoyed the shower heads. I have something similar at home but, these have an outer circle, so when you pull out the handheld, you can still get rinsed by the outer spray. Hard to describe but wonderful to experience."
