The Beach House Mitchell Parade Mollymook

The Beach House Mollymook is a refurbished holiday house overlooking sensational Mollymook Beach. There's not many of these beach houses left in the area and The Beach House is sure to please. Keeping the beach theme throughout, the house has been styled with you in mind. Enjoy whale and dolphin watching from the comfort of the lounge... there's no need to use the TV!
Please note:
We have 2 week's remaining through summer Holiday season, 2025/2026.
Sunday 21st December to Sunday 28th December
Sunday 11th January to Sunday 18th January.
Short walking distance to beach, Mollymook Shops, the new 'Tallwood' restaurant, Rick Stein at Bannisters restuarant and the beginning of the walking track which takes you to South Mollymook beach and the beautiful Golf course. It's a weekend away without having to use the car!


The Beach House Mollymook has a complimentary late check-out of 11am.

- adjoining outdoor entertaining area with gas BBQ, tables and chairs that has magnificent views of Mollymook beach

Location is absolutely stunning with beach views from balcony of the living room , Dreamy . House is nice , but with lot of COCKROACHES everywhere. Mainly in kitchen . I had one on me while sleeping . Amenities are old and house is dusty . Needs a deep clean and most important is pest control . There were no coffee pods , sugar and dustbin bags. Need a mat in bathroom . Bedrooms only had weak bed lights . Internet is very slow . Could not stream anything on tv . They could have kept some games .

The Beach House exceeded our expectations! The views are amazing and ever changing with the light at different times of the day. We saw uncountable whales and loved the quick access to the beach. The house lived up to it's name and was the quintessential Beach House and we loved our stay. Communications with Scott and Nicole were easy and friendly. Highly recommend!

Great location with breathtaking views

Could not fault this property. The views from both levels are breathtaking. Everything is in walking distance and the house had a fully equiped kitchen. The beach is stone throw away. The host was very responsive. We only wished we booked for longer. Cannot wait to come back.

Great view!

What a wonderful view! We were lucky enough to see migrating whales as well as the usual dolphins. Everything one could need was provided, bed was comfy,everything clean,neat and tidy.The only drawbacks were the Wi-Fi which was practically non-existent and I gave up trying to connect (not good when so many work from home these days even when not at home!) Verandah railing needs some attention too as some screws worn through. Overall a very happy stay.

What a view and great location!

The location could not be better. For the price of this rental it is very reasonable for the view and location. The accommodation was clean with all the items needed in the kitchen. We had a great time relaxing, playing cards, having fun on the beach and going to all the fabulous eateries around.

Fabulous views and location

The teens and I had a fabulous stay - perfect for anytime of year - but whale spotting from the deck was a highlight. Having upstairs and downstairs living areas worked well. A few 2ndary aspects of house a little tired/basic but overall we were very happy.

Amazing

What a beautiful weekend away with family for a wedding and your house was the icing on the cake. The views are to die for and the whole checking in and checking process was easy. The house is lovely night and airy and was the perfect size for our family of 8. Thanks so much, we will definitely be back!
