The beach is patrolled from the October long weekend through April. Golf enthusiasts will love the golf course across the road and a family-friendly club bistro with sea views.

The home features a brand-new kitchen with modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. With air conditioning you'll stay cool and comfortable no matter the season. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, making it ideal for families, friends, or groups.

Enjoy the large backyard, perfect for pets and outdoor fun. There's plenty of space for everyone with an outdoor dining table, chairs, and a BBQ located on the upstairs deck.

Convenient location, great for families

The property was located conveniently close to Mollymook beach and golf course. It was great for a family (of 8) mini holiday, with a huge, pet-friendly backyard. It had all the neccessary amenities (although a little dated), but felt cosy and ticked all the boxes for us.

Older style - needs an update

My friends and I stayed at Surf and Turf Retreat Mollymook from 18 -21 March. The location was perfect for our girls weekend away. (There was 6 ladies, 50+ years old) However we were somewhat disappointed with some of the furnishings in the house. The house itself is older style and so is the furniture inside. The house has a musty smell and the lounge/dining area furniture is old style. The kitchen is very old with one door hanging off under the stove. The whole kitchen and bathroom area is very outdated. We had an issue with the lock on the front door and the real estate was quick to come and fix the problem. We were only given one set of keys – however we were using both the house and the self contained part downstairs, and as the doors had bolt locks – you needed the keys to lock the doors. The downstairs area was good = however it had no fridge – so wasn’t fully functional for the ladies that stayed downstairs. We had no access to a laundry at all. There was a door with a padlock on it – which we assumed was the laundry. There was not Welcome book with information about the property etc. The property is advertised as having 3 bathrooms – only saw 2. The outdoor furniture is very run down and not very inviting. One plus was the bedding was mainly all of good quality. Most of all of the windows had screens = however they were hard to access due to the design of them. The house layout is great with a huge backyard and a great view – with some updates this would become a fantastic property.

Family Get Together

The cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired. We had to spend 30 minutes cleaning the washing machine before we could use it, found dead cockroaches under the sofas in the lounge area and just general dust everywhere. There are no “little extras”. provided, like tea and coffee, soap etc, so make sure you take everything you need. The location was superb.....maybe need to find new cleaners.

Surf and turf Mollymook

This place was great to stay at with its great location to all of the amenities of Mollymook whether it is surfing or golf I highly recommend it.

Great location. Lots of space for the family.

Few problems with Surf and Turf. Leaky upstairs toilet. Downstairs broken bed impossible to sleep in. Broken downstairs bathroom door afforded no privacy.
