Located a 5 minute walk from to Hilltop Golf course and a 5 minute drive to Mollymook Beach or Milton.

The media room is a soundproof room with theatre style seating, Smart TV (Netflix and Disney+) and

surround sound, just perfect for the kids while you unwind on the large deck/outdoor entertaining area - perfect on those warm summer evenings.

The upstairs retreat features a large corner sofa, Smart TV (Netflix/Disney+) and table foosball.

The large luxury kitchen is well equipped for comfort and convenience during your time away.

Please note, there is a new sub-division being completed nearby and there may be noise from time to time.

- Please do not book if you are a party, hens/bucks or school leavers group. These types of bookings will be cancelled.

- There are two security cameras present on the property for security purposes only. One watching the key lock box and the other the pool pump equipment at the side of the house. The house, pool or garden cannot be viewed on the cameras, ensuring guest privacy.
