"Great area in Ueno - directly across from the beautiful park and close to the subway. It was very clean. Breakfast was good as was the Onsen! The room was immaculate with everything you could think of. We’ll stay here again."

"Nogha Ueno hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Though super close to the Ameyoko market, the hotel was situated in a place where the street was quiet and away from from the bustle of the market. It was also super easy to get from the hotel to the Keisei skyliner train to Narita airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and neat and was a perfect place to rest after long days of walking and exploring Tokyo."

"We recently stayed at this location, very convenient , walking distance to ueno park, zoo and ameyoko market. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very spacious, we booked one bedroom, no trouble opening three big suitcase. Very family friendly, baby bathtub, crib and highchair all available for our two little ones. Would stay this location or try other Mimaru for future visit. High recommend for family. "

"Everything was convenient and the appliances came in handy. Only thing is that the location is a little bit farther from the station like 10-13 minute walk. Other than that amazing! But if you are carrying your own bags, it is a little rough going up a steep ramp and hill to the station. Was clean and nice location otherwise."

"We enjoyed a great stay in an excellent location. Hotel is clean and staff are very friendly. They have spare toiletries available as well as a decent coffee system that is available 24 hours. The small laundry facility is also very useful and we enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet that had both Japanese and Western food choices. The rooms are small, very small, so that is something to consider if that is important to you. We couldn't really unpack but for our short stay this location is...

"I've stayed at this property before and I like it because of the close proximity to Ueno station. This time, for some reason I had difficulties in getting the air conditioning to work. Fortunately it was fine within 2 days into my stay."

"The room locked exactly as what the photo listed. The staff was attentive and friendly to go through with us the check in process and we get to know they have same day luggage delivery service provided to the guests, we try the service as we was changing to disneyland hotel and it was efficient and fuss free! Will stay back when we visit tokyo again!"
