"Room was incredibly clean and cleaned daily. I didn’t mind it, but in case someone else does, the private room we had, the bathroom had a step that was about a foot off the ground. The bed was big enough for two less than 6 feet tall people, but the mattress is a little stiff. Staff were all incredibly helpful and super kind. Hotel has free WiFi, and was very fast. Kitchen area was easy to use and had a lot of accessibility. Overall though, would stay here again as it is a 20 minute walk to Ueno...

"The room was not that clean when we arrived. We had to request the air cleaner filter be changed as it was filthy and covered with dust. Additionally the shower had black mold spots on the wall, which we cleaned ourself with disinfectant wipes. On the cleaning day, the beds were made - sheets not changed (not a big deal). Despite the cleanliness, the staff that we interacted were very friendly and helpful. The location was located close enough to the market / trains. "
