"My husband and I needed a much deserved weekend getaway and chose this quaint log cabin. It was one of the cleanest places we have ever rented, and having a king sized comfortable bed was important. It reminded us both of happy childhood memories spent in cabins in the woods of where we had grown up. We plan to visit this adorable cabin again. The owner, Anne, was a delight to work with, too. Story is a story book town at the foot of the Big Horns. Thank you!"

"We all were very pleased with the Story house. A magical place inside and out. The only thing missing was a hair dryer which, for us, was no big deal. The home is beautifully furnished and everything worked great. A great place for anyone looking to escape suburbia in the Bighorns. "

"The renovation of this old hotel is wonderful! It's like walking into history. Our suite was so spacious and super comfortable. Everyone slept really well, and had plenty of room to do projects. The rhubarb bread the host made for us was delicious!! We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!"

"Great house, very well kept with lots of thoughtful touches provided by the host. Location between Buffalo and Sheridan was ideal for our stay."

"The cabin itself was super cute and cozy. The only issues we had were that there was used coffee in the filter still and the floors were somewhat dirty. Not sure what the cleaning fee is for if it’s left dirty. The location was beautiful with deer and Turkey and the weather was great for this time of year "

"Was in town to attend to family business after my mother’s passing and the lest of my worries was comfort thanks to my stay. Very clean and comfortable and the location was beyond perfect in the middle of town. "

"The house was great, and in a peaceful, scenic location yet still minutes from lots of activities. The property was very clean and well maintained. There was plenty of space for my family. The high point for us was the covered back deck, which provided excellent views. There was plenty of comfortable chairs to relax, or use the hot tub or even the pool table while still enjoying the view and fresh mountain air."
