Had new sheets put on, they were also dirty with hair and yellow splotches. I asked for a new bottom sheet and for the room to be vacuumed, and I was moved rooms. The new room had clean sheets but a dirtier floor, a hair covered bathroom with ash on the floor, and what I think was blood around one of the door frames. "Great hotel. Really GREAT location! Central to everything! Clean rooms. Great staff. Would stay again. My only issue was that my room was sub-artic. Changing the thermostat in the only did something like 8 hours later. I reported the issue to hotel staff and they engage maintenance."

"We were very disappointed to arrive and be told that they had overbooked. While we were given a free room at a nearby Hilton Garden Inn, it was still a disappointing experience after a long flight. "

"Originally our first room we had issues with the blinds not closing all the way down, had to move to another room, which was an inconvenience .the second room the sink faucet was broken, there was no hot water, we asked for towels there was no towels available. When asked about our room not being cleaned,we were told house keeping goes to clean your room every 3rd day.Overall horrible experience.we will definitely not staying there again."
