"Such a clean and charming bed and breakfast with so much character. The shared spaces are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic each and every day! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future."

Pay more and park at the hotel but don't forget to book the parking at the time of reservation to avoid full lot on the day of arrival."

"The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. One of the pillars in the lobby has a huge dirty patch, which should be painted over, and the elevators look a bit scuffed. There were two of us in a room meant for two people, yet the hotel supplied only one bathrobe. This is a pity, because the hotel is well located and has a friendly and informal vibe."

"The room was nice, clean and comfortable and we loved the location. It was really close to Pacific heights shops and restaurants. The staff were really friendly and the option for parking was nice. The only funny thing was that the receptionist couldn't help us get a remote for the tv and wouldn't find batteries to put in any spares. Nothing crazy, just a random thing to happen during the world cup."

"This motel was OK. It did the job as we needed a room to sleep in with a parking space. The parking space was definitely a dealbreaker for me. The staff were pretty much straightforward. There are really no amenities there other than vending machines. It was a basic place to stay if you need a place to crash in San Francisco but plan to be out and about."

Helpful and courteous staff. 2 minor complaints; the room keys were easily de-magnetized if you put them next to any electronics (in your pocket next to your phone). Also, the shower would get really hot randomly, so you needed to constantly adjust."
