This home is located on the coveted "beach side of Butler Ave" and is the fourth home from the ocean. It is less than a 250 yard walk to the beach! It has full upstairs and downstairs kitchens, sleeps 12 and has parking for 8 cars. The home is centrally located on Tybee, and a comfortable walk to almost everywhere on the Island! The second floor has a beautiful screened in porch with in ceiling music system. Downstairs has a secluded screened in porch along with Ice machine and ping pong table. If you have a large family who likes to "spread out" during your stay, this is the place for you!

We had a great time staying at the beach house! Plenty of space for all the family to spread out and the porch area was lovely. We were also right on the parade route for the Pirate Parade!The weather wasn’t great but we didn’t really mind staying inside because the house was very comfortable. Excellent communication with our host.

This is a fantastic house for a family vacation / long weekend. Having a 2nd kitchen downstairs is a helpful bonus to cook multiple dishes to take pressure of the upstairs kitchen.

Perfect!!!

The house was perfect for our group!! Plenty of space to not be on top of each other!! The only thing that was said in any negative way about the house was the shower heads, and flat tires on the bikes and beach cart :( …other than that, our group was ready to move in permanently lol!! Thank you Brian for letting us crash for a week!! Would highly recommend and would love to rebook

Nice beach house!

We enjoyed our stay here at Tybee! The house is cute laid out really well - there is a full kitchen both upstairs and downstairs, so we were able to do breakfasts downstairs with our kids without waking the upstairs occupants (my sister and parents). The decor is very beach vacation, which is a nice touch. It is a short walk to the beach and there are plenty of beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards for renters’ use. We had a couple of things come up and the property manager messaged us back promptly both times. The house has beach towels for your use and plenty of towels, hand towels, and washcloths for the bathrooms. Both kitchens have spices and oil for cooking, they also supplied dishwasher tablets and Dawn dish soap in the kitchens. The bathrooms had hand soap, travel sized 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner, and a small bar of soap, as well as multiple rolls of toilet paper. Make sure to check the binder for check-out instructions that were different than those sent by VRBO! Also, my mom wanted me to mention that if you’re older with bad knees, you might want to be aware that the toilets are low-set. We had plenty of space here to play games, read, and enjoy the weather on the island! Thank you, Brian and family!

Tybee Family Vacay

The house was stocked with everything our multiple family group needed plus some. Beds were comfortable, house was clean and the large screened porch was great. The walk to beach was about 1/4 mile which wasn’t bad for adult stride but lots of steps for 2 yr old. Convenient to restaurants and small local grocery. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again and will recommend to family and friends. Thanks from The Kentuckians!

Wonderful family time

We loved our stay in this house! It's just a few minutes' walk from the beach, and it had all the toys our kids could want—balls, beach toys, boogie boards, and more. The kitchen was also very well stocked.

Our new favorite beach house

This house is by far the best beach rental we’ve had in our 20+ years of renting. The layout was super conducive to our multi-generational family as we were able to give the kids their own level while the parents & grandparents took the upper level. Great furnishings, very well appointed. I’d book this again just for the gorgeous hardwood floors. Make no mistake, this is a very well built house, not some random DIY rookie flip house that you see all too often. Quality through & through. .

Tybee Family Trip 2024

This is the third year in a row we’ve stayed at this property. For our family’s needs this is the best property on the island. We’re looking forward to Tybee Family Trip 2025!

great house

This house had everything you need for a great beach stay including 2 full kitchens, towels and linens (including beach towels) and lots of living space. They also provided a great big cart and 6 beach chairs and 5-6 boogie boards and 5 bikes, etc. It was our first trip to Tybee and we all loved it. The layout of the house provided quiet for a 2 year old, hangout space for a few in their early 20s and chill space for the full adults. We will definately be coming back in the future. The only constructive criticism I have is that there were too many decorative items around that, although pretty, had to be moved to make room to cook in the kitchen and eat at the dining table. But that's really minor in the grand scheme of things!

Beautiful home in a quiet area

We had 11 family members stay including 3 children. The two kitchens were used and both were well equipped. The porch area had a nice play area and all the beach toys we could ask for. There's a large beach cart perfect for hauling our stuff to the beach and even bicycles for us to use! The beach area is not near any hotels so it was never crowded. The YMCA and public park with playgrounds are just a block away. So... great house, great location.

Great house for more than one family. My grandson did have an allergic reaction to something in an upstairs bedroom…treated with Benadryl. Plenty of space and lots of entertainment

Amazing House

This was our 2nd year staying here and it was as great as the first! House was well appointed and clean, the amoint of beach supplies and a wagon are incredible, and access down 6th St is an easy walk. Owner was quick to respond and resolve the one request I had. Great place to stay!

Our summer vacation

The property is lovely. The accommodation were perfect for a family of 10. We were disappointed with some amenities. For example: 1 hotel size bar soap in each br for a week?, 1 extra toilet tissue roll per bath ,Very small shampoo tube. Limited kitchen essentials. Unexpected based on previous rentals.

Great gathering place close to beach

Great house for multi-generation family gathering. Close to the beach, chairs, umbrellas, beach bikes provided. Ping pong table in an outside alcove. Great house. Bedrooms are arranged for kids to be together with parents, and grandparents upstairs. Sunroom, porch, extra spaces so enough room for everyone. Kitchen upstairs and downstairs so early morning kids can get breakfast without waking everyone.

Tybee get away!

We loved this home! We and four other couples stayed and had plenty of room! Our favorite place to gather was the screened in porch for early morning coffee and late evening cocktails. It was an easy walk to the beach, and we made use of the beach chairs and wagon. I hope to stay here again!

This Beach house is AMAZING!!

I will try to keep it brief, but I could talk all day about how wonderful this property is!! My family and friends stayed here for my son’s wedding. It was awesome!! Everyone had their own private space but when it was time to gather, the porch was perfect!! There is EVERYTHING that you need here…only bring your clothes and food. I have never stayed where everything was furnished. The house has such a relaxing atmosphere, we felt right at home. The ice machine was a huge plus as were the beach chairs. Top of the line appliances and amenities. The decor is darling and classy at the same time. Love the beach look! This house has it all!!! I would give it 10 stars!!!

Awesome house!

This is a phenomenal house! Nice space for the whole family to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed and there's a bunch of beach equipment available to borrow. The walk up Butler and down to the 6th Street boardwalk is an easy walk, especially with the beach buggy at the house. Our family loved it and will consider booking again next summer.

Amazing home on Tybee

This home was beautiful and well equipped. Walking distance to the ocean was great. The screened porch was our favorite gathering place at the end of the day. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean.

Fun filled time

Family trip, 3 generations

This home was absolutely perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for everyone, the screened in porch was our main gathering place. Great ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms! And loved having the two sets of washer and dryers. Also, kitchen is stocked with all dishes, pots etc you would need. We had a large family of 7 adults and 4 kids, every family had their own room(s). Lots of great toys, bikes, ping pong table to entertain the kids and take to the beach, which was a quick walk! Awesome home, thank you!

Family vacation

Can’t say enough good things about this location. House was perfect for our week vacation. All the extra items came in so handy. Patrick was attentive and responded very timely, would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this location. Short walk to the beach and close to all things you would need for a house vacation. Derek’s dolphin tour, Crab Shack and black river brewery highly recommend. See you next time Tybee/Savannah.
