"Nice new home for a family weekend. Clean and well appointed. Could use a bit more seating in the living room but we made it work and enjoyed the visit. The landscaping is in process and will be nice when the grass comes up. Great fire pit (we didn’t use it) in a great settings. We would rent this home again. "

"The house was very clean and well stocked. We finally found a house with plenty of towels and washcloths! We didn't cook anything in the kitchen, but it seemed to have everything that one would need. The shower was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. Kellie was quick to answer our question. It was the perfect place for a sisters' weekend."

"Everything went smooth and efficiently. The house was spacious, extremely clean, updated, and was perfect for our family of five (and a dog). The screened-in porch was such a favorite spot of ours. My teenage daughter really enjoyed the bikes, and rode around town a couple times. The beach chairs available were also a hit, and made relaxing on the beach so much easier! Unfortunately, we never got a chance to use the fire pit, but I’m coming back in a couple weeks with my sister so I hope to use...

"The owners took a century old home and renovated it to the point that every surface... floors, walls, ceilings, countertops, etc are brand new. Very impressive. Our family of 4 found it to be very comfortable. It's steps away from downtown and a short walk to the boardwalk along the river. We highly recommend."

"Very clean and updated one bedroom within walking distance to restaurants and other activities downtown. That said, check in details were not provided until just before the check in time and they were incomplete, necessitating a call to the property management company. There was no unit number on the door so it was unclear whether to go in.
