At Mana Beach House, the entire property is yours - no sharing, no interruptions. Every space is designed for total privacy and comfort, ensuring a truly relaxing stay.

Private Gym & Steam Room: Energise your mornings or unwind after a day at the beach in your own gym and steam room, available whenever you wish.

Heated Saltwater Pool: Swim laps or float in the sun in your 15-metre heated saltwater pool. Stretch out on poolside loungers and soak up the fresh coastal air.

Rumpus Room: Challenge friends to a game of pool, enjoy board games, or curl up with a good book. The rumpus room is perfect for laughter-filled evenings and relaxed downtime.

Elopements & Photoshoots:
Planning an elopement or photoshoot? Please contact us before booking. An additional fee of $1,500 + GST per day applies.

Security:
For your peace of mind, external cameras monitor the driveway, front door, and back door. A noise sensor is installed outdoors (no audio recorded). There are no cameras in any private spaces.

Pets:
Small, non-shedding dogs are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee applies.

Check-In/Out:
• Check-in: 2 pm (NSW time)
• Check-out: 10 am

As we often have back-to-back bookings, early check-ins are generally unavailable while we prepare Mana perfectly for your arrival.

Noise Restrictions:
To respect the serenity of our residential area, please minimise outdoor noise between 10 pm and 8 am. As sound around the pool can carry, we kindly ask that all outdoor music is brought indoors by 8 pm.

Bikes:
Explore with 6 adult cruiser bikes and 1 children’s mountain bike (suitable for ages 6–10). Helmets and locks provided. Use of bikes is at your own risk.
