Welcome to your home away from home! This clean and tidy, fully furnished and well equipped 2-bedroom villa/unit located 3.5 kms from the popular Kirra Beach and less than 5km from Gold Coast Airport, is ideal for families, couples, friends or just solo adventurers looking for a comfortable stay.

Accommodation Details

Bedrooms
- Main bedroom equipped with ceiling fan features a king sized bed, bedside table with night lamp, drawers, study desk with comfortable office chair, stand up fitness shaking machine and a single lounge/chair/fold up bed which can be moved around and made into an extra bed.
- The second bedroom has a cozy king single bed with a bed side table and
night lamp, and desk with chair.

- Both rooms come with built-in robes for all your packing needs!

Bathroom Bliss
Enjoy the convenience of a separate toilet, bath, and shower (with a water filter!) – no more waiting around!
The bathroom is also equipped with a heat light, elderly shower chair, scale, small bin, hairdryer, and showering accessories.

Kitchen
Our newly renovated kitchen is a chef’s dream, outfitted with all the essentials and accessories you may need to whip up a feast or just reheat that leftover dinner.

Living Room/Lounge
Relax in the spacious living area, furnished with a ceiling fan, a fold-up lounge that can serve as another extra bed, a TV, and drawers filled with towels. Please note that while we have three recliner chairs, we kindly ask to use them only for sitting like sofa chairs and that you don’t move them around or try to use them as recliners, as those features are currently out of order.

The enclosed Dining area
has a square glass table with 3 chairs (4th in the second bedroom) and two stools for the kitchen bench top seating area.

Garage and Parking
Connected to the villa is a garage for one small car, and there is one uncovered carport in front of the garage. Please note there are only 3 visitor parking spaces in the end of the complex for the whole building of 12 units, with strict no overnight parking signs. There is also a body-corporate policy of no parking on grass therefore no other parking is available overnight in the complex and no parking is available on Kennedy Drive.

Inside the garage, you’ll find a variety of tools and equipment available for your use—just please remember to put them back after you’re done!
We trust our guests to treat all items with care; any missing tools or other equipment or accessories will be charged and will affect our pricing and services in the future.

Laundry
The garage houses a laundry space with a top-loader washing machine (that is not the best!). Please note there is no electric dryer, just a fold up rack (in the garage) and clothesline attached to the wall outside at the back of the house.
As we’re new to the market, we appreciate your understanding and patience as we work towards upgrading our amenities with future earnings.

Outdoor Relaxation
The little front yard is perfect for sipping your morning tea or enjoying a good book, while seating provides a cozy spot to unwind under an avocado tree.

A Few Important Notes
We kindly ask our guests to respect the owner’s private property and personal items stored in the closet in the living room and boxes in the garage, markedly signed. Not much of value, just personal items with attached nostalgia. In respect of that, if you would be tempted to explore, this might not be the right place for you.

Please also note that we have a strict no fire and no-party policy in this residential neighborhood to keep the peace with our friendly neighbors.

Wifi is limited atm and installed in the main bedroom on the desk. Please switch off when not in use so you are not exposing yourself to unnecessary radiation.

Pet-Friendly!
Friendly and well behaved furry family members are welcome—just please send us a message and photo with a little info about your pet.

Family and Elderly Friendly
Kids are more than welcome and we have some toys to play with while you stay. We also have a shower chair for elderly guests, making it a comfy stay for everyone.

Maximum Capacity
Our villa accommodates a maximum of 5 guests, making it great for family holidays and get-togethers or a fun trip with friends.

Neighborhood Perks
Located on Kennedy Drive in Tweed Heads West, you’ll be just a hop away from the Gold Coast Airport. Expect the occasional friendly plane overhead – think of it as your own personal air show! Perfect for little boys or kids in general.

Public Transport
There is a bus stop in front of the complex Route 600 and 608.

Tweed Heads is a coastal city at the mouth of the Tweed River in the Northern Rivers of New South Wales. It is the northernmost town in New South Wales, and is located in the Tweed Shire. It is situated 830 km (520 mi) north of Sydney and 103 km (64 mi) south of Brisbane. The town is next to the border with Queensland and is adjacent to its "twin town" of Coolangatta, which is a suburb of the Gold Coast in Queensland.
