Novotel Surfers Paradise
"The room was significantly overpriced due to the Pacific Airshow weekend. Check‑in was painfully slow, and the hotel itself felt old and worn. The constant noise from the elevators could be heard in the room day and night. The one redeeming feature was the excellent location."
