"Perfect tranquil retreat for just the two of us - would be great place to bring kids along in the future, but we enjoyed the time alone. This is a place you can just check in and forget about everything. Everything you need is provided from coffee pot to make up towels, hair dryer and even shampoo and conditioner in case you forgot yours. Beautiful at night with all the glowing lights. "My wife and I stayed a few days while we were working in Florence. The place was great, it was close to everything but it was still far enough away you couldn't see or hear any major traffic. The house was well equipped with everything you would need. We enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning on the back deck overlooking the water. If we have to come back in that area again we will book the same place. Thanks Charles and Toni for a nice place to stay!"

"The place was cute and for fishermen it’s perfect. There’s a lot of steps and the rail is not made for little kids but all of that is well represented in the listing. We would absolutely positively rent again. There’s a place to pull the boat at the dock and even was able to get it out of the rain and still fish while waiting for the weather to pass. It’s more than water front but actually sits out over the water. It’s just a nice place for a great price. It’s not the fancy but perfect for us....
