"Das Hotel Arca + Naco liegt unweit des Bahnhofes, Skibushaltestelle 150 m vor der Tür. Ein Supermarkt (150m), Gornergratbahn und die Fußgängerzone ca.400m entfernt. Neuwertig eingerichtete Zimmer, hohe Standards im Bereich Sauberkeit und Housekeeping. Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit aufmerksamen Servicepersonal. Poolanlage (Solebad) sauber und gepflegt, ebenso der Saunabereich (Dampfbad, Finnische, Biosauna). "

"Foi emocionante abrir a cortina pela manhã e ver o Matterhorn imponente tão próximo a você!
Localização excelente, 12 minutos a pé da Estação de trem e dez minutos do Teleférico para o Palacio de Gelo!
O apartamento é limpo, confortável, completo e próximo à Rua principal com lojas e restaurantes.
Staff excelente, amorosa e comunicativa. Tudo noa 11! "

"Our Chalet Antoine apartment was beautiful, spacious, well equipped & only a 5 minute walk from the train station. It’s in a great location only a short walk to the town centre where there are plenty of shop’s & restaurants! Zermatt is a truly magical place too."

"Very clean and according to description. On negative side, no coffee and no cleaning tablets for the washing machine. Great location. Guest card disappointing, it only offers some reduction for the parking. Overall positive"

"The room was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room setup was strange with low ceilings in places due to the rafters, the narrowest staircase (with split steps) that I have ever used, and only one window in the door to the small balcony. Skylights were largely covered with snow, and noise from the next room continued until the late evening. Not exactly what I expected, so overall just okay."
