"The location is unfortunately. A lot of businesses around the area are shut down. There are some sketchy people around the area. The staff was great but the property definitely needs an upgrade…just seems really old and worn down. They are the ones keeping it alive. I high recommend if you are on a budget. Just know you get what you pay for. Hopefully they can get more business so they can remodel. "

"The front desk personnel and manager were excellent. The only complaint I had was regarding room service and returned in the evening to an unclean room. The towels and condition of the room were unchanged. While I was offered points for Hyatt membership, I believe that a discount for the entire stay should be taken and discounted. Hyatt normally sets a high standard, but in this case I feel disappointed. "

"Liked the affordable price, set back from main road to reduce noise, full-size refrigerator, and comfortable bed. The adjacent walking trail was a nice bonus. It does need room darkening curtains, since the parking lot light were bright. Also, the carpet in room is showing wear and needs to be replaced. "

"This a no frills hotel. The room was very large, bathroom was very small. Being above the bar and grill meant music thumping until 2am. The pillows were absolutely the worst. We each, the wife and I, had four pillows. The flattest pillows you could ever imagine. "

"I actually love this place. It is an actually apartment building with residents where the apartments on some floors are rented by the day as hotel rooms. Great area with restaurants and supermarket, Powell's Booksw. Older and not particularly updated but very comfortable and clean. The BED was wonderful. I slept like better than ever."
