Just off the highway so real Convenient. There is a bait store right up the road and several public golf courses within 5 miles. If your on the top floor a little bit of a climb up the stairs in the back to get up to the room. Muffins Cereal and Coffee and Juice in Morning."

"The staff was excellent and pleasant. The parking, check in and location were all excellent. The outdoor furniture that was part of my room was really dusty and dirty and I wish I was able to sit and use that part of my room while I was there. The couch in my room was very stained. I do think the staff could wipe down the outdoor furniture that is connected to the rooms. The fruit at the continental breakfast was moldy. I always enjoy the shore house locations so I know the cleanliness mentioned...

"This is truly a hidden gem for those visiting for RWU. I found this by chance while looking for a place to stay for my daughter’s college graduation. I wish I had found this when she first started. "The lodging was perfect for our stay. It was in close proximity to a great market and the Breachway. Check in was very easy, the room was very clean and had plenty of sets of towels and derivatives. Comfortable small room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Happy staff....happy customer. Good luck with the beautiful renovations!"

"The Inn was lovely. The room was small, but authentic and fine. The problem is the food service is very spotty. The restaurant has limited hours and days- no breakfast except on weekends. Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. "

"The staff were so pleasant to talk to and since my wife and I were not able to climb stairs, we were upgraded to a first floor room. The breakfast served every day was so delicious and ready when we were. Everything we needed was taken care of by wonderful people. Also all the attractions are within walking distance since the hotel is located downtown. I highly recommend the Melville House and we will be staying there again."
