"Becky and Chip are superb hosts. Becky responded to all my questions and was most helpful.
The accommodation is a suite with a full kitchen. It is one of the few kitchens that could accommodate just about anything that you might like to cook.
The living room was very comfortable. After a long drive, the sofas were much appreciated.
There were little things that most hosts don't include that I think should be called out. There was / were

"Perfect size for a couple. Very clean, comfortable, and in a great location--close to Bridge St. and Walnut Beach. The kitchen seemed well equipped, even though we didn't cook. Communication with Kevin was excellent and very quick. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we visit Ashtabula."

"The property owner cancelled my reservation 10 days before we were scheduled to stay. My wife and I were left without a place to stay on our 42nd wedding anniversary forcing us to come home early from our GOTL trip. I was refunded what I had paid but the owner failed to respond when questioned about why I was left hung out to dry on July 4. I'm guessing it was all about the $$"

"The water went out around 4pm on Saturday and I couldn't get ahold of the host. I sent 3 messages before I heard back at 9am. We had to melt snow all evening to have water for the toilet. We were unable to shower because the shower wasn't working and needed to check-out before it was fixed. The place was also littered with mouse droppings. It made it more difficult because things needed to be washed before used because of it, but there was no water. Thankfully we brought a case of water and we...
