A cozy 50-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. We’re a 3-minute walk from the subway station that connects the area to downtown and the two main train stations, in a neighborhood with all the essential amenities.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, one bedroom, one bathroom, a half-bath, and two balconies.



The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, kettle, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), double sofa bed, TV, dining table, ceiling fan, and access to Balcony I;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, portable fan, and access to Balcony II;

- BATHROOM with a bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- GUEST BATHROOM with toilet;

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, ceiling fan in the living room, portable fan in the bedroom, washing machine, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.
