In the heart of Turin and the history of Italy, a few tens of meters from the Egyptian Museum and the Cinema Museum, from Piazza San Carlo, from the House of Count Cavour, you will be welcomed by a perfect and large two-room apartment in a building with contemporary architecture .

The apartment, fully air conditioned and equipped for your comfort.

A 6-minute walk from Porta Nuova metro station and 100 meters from Via Roma.

The apartment is located inside a luxurious residence-style condominium, with caretaker and possibility of loading and unloading cars for a maximum stay of 15 minutes. Each area of the condominium is taken care of down to the smallest detail, with high quality materials.



The apartment consists of a living area with living room which includes both the space dedicated to the kitchen and the sofa bed which becomes a double bed if necessary. The sofa bed mattress is 130 cm wide.



The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking:

The apartment ends with the bathroom, adjacent to the double bedroom, but delicately packaged with a special sliding divider to limit noise. The bathroom has a very spacious sink with a large mirror and is equipped with hand soap, hair mask, hairdryer, washing machine, spare toilet paper and automatic air freshener. The shower is equipped with shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. In addition to water, there is a bidet and a bathroom scale.



Just before entering the bathroom, there are two very spacious built-in wardrobes for storing your clothes, equipped with hangers and vacuum cleaners.



The accommodation is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating, conveniently adjustable at the entrance or via the remote control provided in the bedroom.
