"The apartment is very clean and well stocked with basic necessities. Gigi was very responsive and kind. There were some pretty noisy neighbors one night but the property felt safe other than that. One downside was the slow Internet as we were trying to work remotely a couple of the days."

"I recently stayed in a 1 bed, 1 bath rental in Bakersfield and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was a bit farther from town than I would have preferred, but the newness and tranquility of the neighborhood made up for it.
Upon arrival, I was greeted with coffee, snacks, and water, which was a thoughtful touch. The check-in process was smooth and secure, thanks to the fire code system in place.

"I originally secured this place for my daughter, her husband, their baby, my son and their dog. However, everyone except me and My Son came down with Covid a few days before the day so it was just the two of us watching Super Bowl but it was fantastic very clean. well stocked I was disappointed that they didn’t tell me it was a duplex. I thought it was the whole house so parking was an issue"
