"A quirky little property. It was adequate for our needs. Close to things we needed. Only needed somewhere to sleep as out all day. Beds comfortable, fully stocked with kitchen needs, plenty of hot water. Would love to send a photo of the roof as it was partially covered with a green tarpoline held down with sand bags."

"A seemingly 1970's vintage unit that has had no updates. The kitchen needs to be renovated and the sliding doors a very much in need of maintenance. The flyscreens are breaking down and need replacing. The carpet is in need of at least a professional clean or replacement."

"For the price we were very happy with this apartment. There is no WiFi and no AC but I dont think it would get hot as its surrounded by trees and its double brick. The balcony was so private and relaxing. parking is perfect as right beside the back door entry. Beds are very comfortable. Its perfect for.the price. will definitely stay here again."

"The house offers central air and free wifi. It also has a large screen TV well positioned for viewing with comfort. The backyard is well maintained and spacious and leads to a jetty. Next to the jetty is a fish cleaning table that has a tap, it really helped us in our fishing expeditions. We brought some cooking utensils and woks, only to realise they do not work on the induction stove. It would be nice to specify it on the ad to avoid similar disappointments by others.Overall, we really enjoyed...

"When we arrived, the unit had not been cleaned. There was a dead cockroach in th bathroom and toilet not clean . We had to fully clean and vacuum ourselves."

"This apartment is very well presented. Clean, comfortable and well located. It's just a quick walk to shops, the Rock Pool baths and the iconic bridge across to Forster. We would definitely return here. The aparment is situated on the top floor (3rd) and the building doesn't have a lift. There are 48 steps to negotiate with luggage & supplies, so this may not suit everyone."
