"A seemingly 1970's vintage unit that has had no updates. The kitchen needs to be renovated and the sliding doors a very much in need of maintenance. The flyscreens are breaking down and need replacing. The carpet is in need of at least a professional clean or replacement."

"The house offers central air and free wifi. It also has a large screen TV well positioned for viewing with comfort. The backyard is well maintained and spacious and leads to a jetty. Next to the jetty is a fish cleaning table that has a tap, it really helped us in our fishing expeditions. We brought some cooking utensils and woks, only to realise they do not work on the induction stove. It would be nice to specify it on the ad to avoid similar disappointments by others.Overall, we really enjoyed...

"For the price we were very happy with this apartment. There is no WiFi and no AC but I dont think it would get hot as its surrounded by trees and its double brick. The balcony was so private and relaxing. parking is perfect as right beside the back door entry. Beds are very comfortable. Its perfect for.the price. will definitely stay here again."

"Sadly, on arrival there was rubbish in the bin, dirty dishes in the diswasher and body hair on bathroom floor. We let the property managers know and sent photos, but they took days to reply with a "sorry".The unit is spacious and very well equipped."

"This apartment is very well presented. Clean, comfortable and well located. It's just a quick walk to shops, the Rock Pool baths and the iconic bridge across to Forster. We would definitely return here. The aparment is situated on the top floor (3rd) and the building doesn't have a lift. There are 48 steps to negotiate with luggage & supplies, so this may not suit everyone."
