"We loved the set up of the house. The yard area was very enjoyable, and the location of the property is perfect as it was quiet and peaceful. We didn’t figure out the WiFi, but that was fine as we were not there to watch tv."

"We were in the area to celebrate graduations in Rio Rico. We decided to extend our stay thru Memorial Day due to the long weekend. The owner was very responsive when upon arrival we had issues with the ACs. Electricians came out that evening and he drove down himself (a 2 hr trip oneway). The property was amazing, as were the murals on the walls. We will be returning again..."

"Visiting family in Green Valley and this was an excellent property to stay. Convenient to shopping etc but in a nice, quiet neighborhood. "

"Well maintained and clean rental. Location is great for anything in Patagonia area. Very close to the Paton Hummingbird Center. Kitchen is very basic, dorm size fridge and no stove."

"The only thing we didn’t like was that check-in is 4:00pm, too late, and check-out is 10:00am, too early. Other than that it was an excellent experience."

"Nancy and Greg have a beautiful rental. Everything was above expectations. You will not be disappointed with renting this casita. They take a lot of pride in presenting their property and it certainly shows!!! We hope to stay again!! Kudos to you. "

"My wife and I were fortunate enough to be able to spend the entire month of April, 2025 in this delightful studio and can’t rate it high enough. This year marks our third consecutive year staying in Mildred’s studio, and we can’t wait to return. We can’t think of anywhere else where we would receive such comfort from such a gracious host.
