"One of the best houses we have stayed at; the house is very well cared for, has many personal touches like cotton swabs and cotton balls in the bathroom….it felt like we were in a family member’s home. The house has character, is very well appointed, and is clean and well managed. The property is beautiful and having the house on the hill overlooking the lake adds to the ambiance. We appreciated the dock and kayaks, and the large area along the shore for relaxing and fishing. The property...

"What a lovely cozy little stay. Just perfect to allow us to get to an early hockey game the next morning! Just make sure to know that Googlemaps does not lead you to the right entrance. The actual driveway is 100 yards down the road. Thanks to Sarah for guiding us to the entrance!We can’t wait to come back! "

"The property is ideal for small children, lots of room to play outside, the lake is assessable and shallow for a good distance from the shore.The kitchen is well equipped for large family meals.There are interesting places to go and see There are 6 bedrooms and sufficient beds for the listed number of visitors.It is a comfortable, but not fancy property.It fully met our expectations."

"Beautiful little suite on the lake. Check in was seamless. We were out and about and had little interaction with owners but they were there when we checked in and were very gracious."

"Love the old homes with the super high ceilings! They have a lot of class and charm. Everything was in walking distance. Would highly recommend the Balloons restaurant, for their top notch service and food. If you want see the historical sites in town, check the sites online info. Some sites and restaurants have limited availability in the winter months. "

"Our visit was perfect! The house was very comfortable, and the lawn and porch were perfect to spend most of our time outside and for our kids to run around/be in the lake. It was great to have so many ways to enjoy the lake with kayaks, paddleboards, etc. Victoria was super helpful and so responsive to any question. Highly recommend this property!"
