"2泊3日、7人でとても楽しく過ごすことができました。 迷惑メールにチェックインのメールが届いてしまっていて、さらに消えてしまって暗証番号が見られなくなってしまい、管理人に電話させてもらいました。その時の対応もとても優しく、無事に中に入ることができました。ログハウスに行くまでの道がとても狭く、野生の鹿もいて、こんなところに本当にログハウスがあるのか？？と心配になりましたが、ちゃんとありました！ キッチン用品がもっとピカピカならさらにいいのになぁと思いました。そのため、清潔さは星3です。割り箸や紙皿を使いました。 BBQも最高に楽しかったです。屋根がちゃんとあって雨でも問題なくできました。 大きなスクリーンでSwitchをするのは初めてで、とても盛り上がりました。 とにかく楽しかったので、また行きたいし、おすすめです。"

"We have over 60 stamps collected this year and have been a Hotel.Com gold for the past 3 years. Hakone Hotel TEN-Yu has been the very first to offer the upgrade room where available benefit as a Gold member. Thank you for that. The Hotel itself is amazing. The Suite Room with private onsen is breathtaking. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Thanks all the staff for working over Christmas. We didn't have a chance to experience the Yunessun but it looked fun. "

"Clean and spacious room, great view of the lake in the room and the observation centre on the top level with a clear and great view of Mount Fuji are all marvellous. The hotel’s lobby was well designed as well with nice music and compliments to coffee and tea. Staff were friendly and professional. Great dinner and breakfast. High recommend to anyone wants to stay in Kawaguchicho"
