"Everything is fine except that their mattresses are not comfortable. I also asked about luggage delivery service to another hotel and two staff had told me that there was no same day delivery option so I booked another service myself. When I checked out and told the reception that there will be someone else picking up my luggage, another staff then told they actually do have same-day delivery service. I guess they need to train some of the staff better to avoid providing misinformation. "

"The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! "We had fantastic stay in our corner city view room. The room was large with floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the shopping area. The location was perfect, close to everything. The staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. We caught the bus from Narita airport and it stopped minutes from hotel. "Very kind staff, and spacious room by Tokyo standards. The hotel had a lovely bar and restaurant in the lobby, and we enjoyed the Expedia perks we were given - an unexpected and pleasant surprise.
