"The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! "Great location for Ginza shopping. The layout is unusual but we like it. The island in the room accommodates the wash basin, refrigeration and desk . "Very kind staff, and spacious room by Tokyo standards. The hotel had a lovely bar and restaurant in the lobby, and we enjoyed the Expedia perks we were given - an unexpected and pleasant surprise. The hotel's in a bit more of a business area, but still very accessible to trains, close walk to Ginza, etc. Would recommend this hotel. "

"A good property only a few minutes walk to the train. Lots of restaurant in the area. Safe and quiet. Second trip to this hotel. Note that all rooms are on high floors as the lobby starts on the 16th or 17th floor. Great city view from the rooms.
