"Pros: -Convenient 10-minute walk from Ginza’s main shopping area. -It is a-m-a-z-i-n-g to have a laundry/drier on the room. -Staff is kind and helpful, wiling to accommodate requests whenever possible. Cons: -Terrible bland breakfast. Ingredients are low-quality and it was by far the worst breakfast we had over our one month long trip. -Room cleaning can improve. Our dirty used glasses were left uncleaned forcing us to ask for a clean set at the lobby. Minor minor inconvenience but a bit more...

"Our hotel room was quite spacious and clean making our stay here very comfortable. The hotel was within a manageable 20 min walk to Ginza, 24 minutes to Tsukiji market and 12 min to Tokyo station where you can catch the direct shuttle to NRT airport. All in all very satisfied with our stay here."

"Very convenient location for Tsukiji market shopping and dining. Room was small, but efficiently arranged. Great to have laundry in room. Check in was very quick but pre check in process was very time consuming because of the ridiculous way of entering dates using calendars rather than entertaining year, month, and day separately. Staff was fantastic, holding our bags after early arrival and placing bags in room after check in time. Highly recommend this property."

"Booked 2 rooms on premiere floors- room with one king size and one room with 2 singles. Pros: Hotel is tucked behind busy area. Our rooms had access to small area with unlimited drinks and small snacks on 10th floor but I think 2nd floor lobby with snacks/drinks were sufficient since we don’t drink alcohol. Staff was courteous and polite. Rooms were smaller than I expected with not a lot of space to keep suitcase opened. We spent 4 nights here so kind of tight. Bigger rooms were booked...

"A great accommodation option, if you like to have the option of cooking breakfast or dinner, and eat at home on a dining table. Washing machine in the room is so convenient, and the bedding and bed is really comfortable. Great size for Tokyo, super clean, and easy because it’s a small property. Lovely staff, great location way to get to Tokyo station, ginza or Disney, or team lab!"

"Great location, amenities and comfortable bed. Be aware that the onsen is not tattoo friendly. The hotel kindly provided adhesive covers but you may do well to bring your own. Breakfast buffet is wonderful and well worth the cost. There’s a Family Mart right across the street which is nice to have."

"Amazing space- you have a whole floor to yourself, veey large by Tokyo standards. Convinient location. The staff is auper helpful, she gave us an umbrella because it was raining although we were chwclong out. The only downside is no lugguage storage at the hotel. Truly enjoyed our stay. "

"This was a great hotel. The rooms were super clean and spacious. the staff was very attentive. Having a washer and dryer in the room was fantastic. The large refrigerator helped as well as the kitchenette with utensils. The bathroom was large and very clean. It had a double sink which is very helpful in the morning when we are trying to get ready and out the door. Would definitely stay here again. And did i mention how great the staff was."

"This is a great option for families since you get a bit more space than a standard hotel room and there is a kitchen, washer/dryer and tub. They also provided a pack-and-play for our baby to sleep in. Instructions for all appliances were available in English which was super helpful. There were many 24 hr convenience stores within walking distance as well as a grocery store. Note that during your stay, there is no housekeeping, and you have the option of trading in your towels every 3 days."
