Rustic Cozy Cottage! Snowmobile,ATV Trails, Bond & Agate Falls, Bruce Crossing!

Cozy 2BR 1BA rustic stone cottage located in the peaceful town of Trout Creek in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan! Drive your snowmobile or atv straight to the trail. Trail #8 is only two blocks away and let the adventure begin! This is an all season get away! Sleeps up to four. Cottage features a large closed in porch (perfect for storing your gear) hardwood flooring in the living/dining area, full kitchen with coffee pot, microwave, toaster, blender, utensils, and more! There are two queen beds (one in each bedroom) and large closets along with a dresser in one of the bedrooms. We also have a washer/dryer, portable air conditioning, charcoal grill, and fire pit for your convenience. Cottage is clean and comfortable.

Wireless Internet. Netflix for TV.

Bed Linens, towels and wash cloths provided.

Drive thru parking.

We are located 10 minutes from beautiful Bond Falls, 5 minutes from Agate Falls and there are many other excellent fishing streams within a half hour. There are six ski resorts within a 1-2 hour drive and trail 8 is two blocks away for snowmobiling/atving! If hunting is your passion the area is surrounded by Ottawa National Forest with thousands of acres to explore! The Porcupine Mountains are approximately an hour away and Lake Gogebic is 30 minutes away! Absolutely No Pets Allowed in the home or on the property. Book your adventure today!

No Air conditioning and didnt know how to use the portable air conditioner. It was a little too warm for me. Big cobwebs in back bedroom was not nice. Small shower but everything else was pretty good. Close to Bond Falls and enjoyed the surrounding area.

Very easy to check in and out. It was clean and had everything we needed but could have had a couple more kitchen towels and dish clothes. Beds were comfortable Shower was on the smaller size but had good pressure. Was a nice place

Liked the small town and out of the way location. It is on a main highway which allowed us to easily drive everywhere. Bond Falls is a must see and is only a few minutes drive.

Snowmobile Weekend

Booked this house for a short weekend in the Northwoods to do some snowmobiling with friends. Great location very clean property. Dale was a great guy that owns the property very accommodating. Will definitely be back next year.

Warm and Cozy Cabin

We had a great experience staying at this cabin for our snowmobiling trip. It was clean, warm and spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. The trail was literally a block away and easy to access, making it a perfect "home base" for our day trips. Communication was excellent and the owner was always accessible (especially to plow us out after multiple snow events!) We will certainly return for another trip,

Great Stay!

Exactly what we were looking for! The alley was great for parking our truck and snowmobile trailer. Dale, the owner, checked in before and during our stay to make sure nothing was needed. Would stay again!

A Great Place in a Perfect Location

Myself and a friend came up to the U.P. to do some late season Trout Fishing. Dale's place was in the perfect location. We were just minutes from our favorite Trout Haunts. The ATV and Snowmobile trail is literally a few steps from the cabin. The place is cozy and comfortable. Well Stocked with the day to day nessities in the kitchen, bath etc.. Dale is an excellent host. If the Trout Creek area is your destination I would highly recommend staying at this cabin.

Wonderful place

Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. I've stayed here before & have always loved it. My friends that joined me on this trip were quite impressed! They found it very comfortable and loved the décor. I'm always thrilled when this place is available when I'm in the U.P. visiting my family.
