"We had a wonderful stay in Phelps with our large group. Everyone loved the lake access, yard, hot tub, game room, and theatre. The Vacasa local staff were super responsive and helpful when we had a minor issue with a burnt-out light. We would love to come again!"

"Condition of the entrance from highway and driveway to the home was not good. Ruts in the gravel road caused concern navigating on a very narrow stretch. The kitchen wasn’t very clean.We had to clean the countertops,stovetop,sink and vacuum the kitchen floor. They need better clean up by the cleaning service. Not quite as advertised as photos shown. "

"Stayed at this property for a ski weekend at the local resort. It was a great location (10 min drive both to the ski resort and the local town). We appreciated the opportunity to have a peaceful and beautiful place to stay that was away from the ski resort crowds. Our kids loved the games that the host had making s’mores in the firepit near the lake. The house is beautifully done. There was a maintenance concern (beeping fire alarm) during our stay but the host promptly addressed the issue....

"very enjoyable stay. my issue is vrbo and their system of communicating the door code and other info. on my phone it is impossible to retrive the emails from the owner via VRBO as you need a security code which they email and it becomes a vicous circle that cannot be solved. had to call vrbo customer service for which their phone number takes some work to find. the reps did a nice job of working with me to get the code. the owner did their job and the house provided a nice week to enjoy...
