Casa Rosa Gialla is located on the northern coast of Sardinia in Costa Paradiso.
This property is the perfect Sardinia villa rental solution for a relaxing holiday by the sea. It is a family holiday home, part of four villas constructed in typical Sardinian style. It is located in a unique position, just 450 meters from the sea and 1600 meters from the wonderful sandy beach Li Cossi, which is one of the most beautiful and fascinating of Sardinia. Moreover, there are several small bays in 800 meters from the house where you can swim, snorkel and sunbathe.
The villa has a magnificent sea view and spacious outside area, perfect for eating outside or for a barbecue with your family or friends. By the swimming pool of this rent apartment in Sardinia there are chaise-longue for sunbathing and an outdoor shower.

This holiday house is located on the northern coast of Sardinia in Costa Paradiso. The next airport and port is Olbia which is in 85 km or Alghero in 95 km. Costa Paradiso is easily accessible by car and is located on the panoramic road leading from Santa Teresa to Castelsardo. The big village is considered a natural park and is famous for its unique wild nature, rose rocks of amazing forms scarved by the wind and cristal clear waters.
Casa Rosa 3 is a family holiday home making part of four villas constructed in typical Sardinian style and located in unique position over the sea. This small villa is a perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday by the sea. It is located just 450 meters from the sea and 1600 metres from a wonderful sandy beach Li Cossi which is one of the most beautiful and fascinating of Sardinia. Moreover there are several small bays in 800 meters from the house where you can swim, snorkel and sunbathe. The villa hasmagnificent seaviews and spacious outside area, perfect for eating outside or for a barbecue with your family or friends. The Mediterranean vegetation surrounds the whole area permitting you to enjoy its natural scents of rosmarine, juniper, helichrythm and corbezzolo (strawberry tree). By the swimming pool of this rent apartment in Sardinia there are chaise-longue for sunbathing and an outdoor shower. The house can accommodate maximum five people and consists of a living room with a sofa and a modern kitchen and a big terrace with seaview and grill on the upper floor and two sleeping rooms (one with a double bed and the other with three single beds), bathroom and a second spacious terrace on the lower floor. The access to the swimming pool is from the lower floor.

Sardinien - paradiesische Landschaften und traumhafte Strände

Das Haus liegt an der Costa Paradiso in einer ruhigen Ferienhaussiedlung mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Nordküste Sardiniens mit ihren zahlreichen Sandstränden zu erkunden. Herrliche Ausflugsziele sind auch Castelsardo und das mittelalterliche Städtchen Alghero.

"Stunning Location and Excellent Service – Highly Recommended!"

Our time in the apartment in Costa Paradiso was simply fantastic! The location is really great - quiet, yet central. The view from the terrace? Breathtaking, especially at sunset! The apartment itself is beautifully laid out and well equipped, so we wanted for nothing. We were there with three children and we all had a great time, especially at the pool, where there was always plenty of fun to be had. The parking lot right in front of the house was also very practical. A big thank you goes to the property manager Rina, who looked after us really well with her friendly manner. She was always available extremely quickly via WhatsApp and really put her heart and soul into making us feel completely at home. Her passion for giving people a great time was clearly noticeable. One small point of criticism: one or two pieces of furniture could be invested in again to round off the overall impression perfectly. Nevertheless, the apartment is 100% recommendable! We would love to come back.

Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay. Yet looking back, we missed a dishwasher and a washing machine. And the pool is just for quick refreshments, otherwise it is to small for several people, especially since the pool is shared between 5 apartments.

Bon séjour

Costa Paradiso est clairement une station artificielle mais malgré tout assez agréable. Excepté les plages et la piscine, il n'y a pas grand chose à faire mais cela reste appréciable. Le logement est simple mais suffisant. Dommage de demander des frais supplémentaires pour une connexion Wi-Fi alors que les données mobiles sont très limites.

Nice apartment and great views

All in all, the apartment was good, the views from the terrace were splendid, some beautiful sunsets included. The beach nearby (5 minutes with the car, then 10-15 minutes walking) is really nice. There were a few smaller problems, however, such as the internet which was not really working. Furthermore, one has to be aware that bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price (we were not aware of that). And the whole furniture seems to be a bit old, especially the bed.

Paradiso di nome e di fatto

Ottima esperienza. La casa è come da annuncio, cioè con una splendida e ampia terrazza vista mare. La piccola piscina, pulita ogni mattina, è stato un utile optional, specialmente per i bambini. Accoglienza e organizzazione puntuale, cordiale ed efficiente. I piccoli inconvenienti riscontrati (peraltro tipici di quasi tutte le casa al mare che non hanno il proprietario "in sede") ovvero le suppellettili della cucina "contate", i letti non proprio di qualità (le doghe del matrimoniale erano semplicemente "appoggiate" costringendomi spesso a risistemarle...), la porta doccia "permeabile", etc... non hanno comunque inficiato il pieno godimento della vacanza. Magari suggerirei l'installazione di una tv giacché in tutto il villaggio il telefono prende poco o nulla, senza tv si rischia davvero di essere tagliati fuori dal mondo reale (sebbene per qualcuno magari questo è un ulteriore benefit del posto!). Quindi, per concludere, andateci senza remore. Noi proveremo a tornare, magari in stagione ancora più bassa visto che le spiaggie intorno sono talmente belle da essere assai frequentate.

Beautiful place by the sea

The house has a very good location and is a nice house. Beautiful view of the sea and sunset. Just a 10 min walk to to the shop. The house has some cheap solutions in the furniture so it gets easily broken. There was a bit of damage that hadn’t been fixed, but I’m sure they will fix after we let them know. Our order also said that included WiFi, but they only have a few available. The cell phone reception is also very poor in the area which can make the lack of WiFi a problem. The house is situated in a kind of huge resort, but has a local shop with everything you need and a few restaurants nearby. A beautiful spot with amazing granite rocks and formations.

Wunderschöner Meerblick

Wir waren Ende Juni eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus war sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Sardinia Unlimited war unkompliziert und sehr informativ. Samstags, als wir ankamen, war der Pool leider grün und trüb. Dies wurde allerdings innerhalb eines Tages behoben. Das Haus hätte alles in Allem etwas besser ausgestattet sein können. Für die vorhandenen Sonnenliegen gab es keine Auflagen bzw. Polster, ebenso wenig für die Stühle. Ein Sonnenschirm auf der großen Dachterrasse wäre wünschenswert gewesen, denn ab der Mittagszeit hat man bis zum Untergang Sonne satt. Der Ausblick ist wirklich grandios und relativiert das ein oder andere.

Ottima scelta!

Ottima scelta per il posto, un pò meno per il periodo, ma non abbiamo potuto fare di meglio quest'anno! Siamo comunque stati ricompensati dai luoghi visitati. La Sardegna è sempre bellissima! Costa Paradiso è unica nel suo genere e ti regala dei panorami e dei tramonti spettacolari. La villa che abbiamo affittato era molto graziosa, molto ben curata e pulita. La piscina offre un bellissimo panorama proprio sul mare ed inoltre si ha la possibilità di vivere l'esterno anche durante i pasti. Per noi è stato possibile sfruttare questa zona solo per pranzo, perchè ormai la sera c'era troppo fresco, ma siamo rimasti comunque molto soddisfatti. Sardinia Unlimited si è comportata in modo molto professionale dall'inizio alla fine. Ci ha sempre seguiti durante le fasi di prenotazione ed è stata presente durante il nostro soggiorno. Grazie di tutto! P.S: cosa molto importante, abbiamo potuto portare con noi anche il nostro pelosetto! Anche lui è rimasto molto contento della sua vacanza!!!

The apartment is very nice, the view is simply breathtaking. The contact with Sardinia Unlimited was very friendly, as well as the on-site reception. The house was clean and well equipped. The furniture is easy but in good condition. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big enough. We would like to come back soon! I would also like to thank Rina and Graziella that where very helpful when we needed to know where to go to eat some traditional Sardinian food! Frank.

Great experience!

We stayed in this apartment only 3 days, but I think we'll come back, because it was a great experience. Costa Paradiso is a place of wild charm and although we found some wind during these days, we sheltered in the characteristic coves. The house is very cozy and well appointed. We were greeted with affection and assisted with care. Just a nice little vacation we'll do again!
