Casa del Net – Appartamento Lago is an apartment located on the ground floor of a detached house just above Tremezzo, perfectly in the center of the lake, where you can relax without any disturb. The raised position allows you to avoid the chaos and noise of the road and offer you a beautiful view on the lake.



In less than 5 minutes by car you can still find all the services you need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy).



You can choose whether to spend your holidays always out discovering every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or to alternate it with days of complete relax, staying in the garden or in this new holiday home equipped with every comfort!



The apartment has an air conditioning system which serves both the living area and the two bedrooms.



The accommodation has a complete kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and toaster.



To complete the living area we find a comfortable corner sofa and a TV.



The master bedroom has a double bed, dressers and a comfortable wardrobe to store all your clothes. It also overlooks the garden: you can admire the lake every time you wake up!



The second bedroom has two single beds and a large wardrobe.



For the fifth guest we have an extra bed that can be placed in the living room.



The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, sink and shower with glass box.



The apartment has a private outdoor parking space for you.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.



Don\'t worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washing machine ready to solve the problem!

We have introduced the self check-in, so you can arrive at the time you prefer and get in the apartment independently without any problems. the apartment will be available from 15.00. After booking will be explained to you the simple procedure for the online check-in and key collection, which you will find in a safe-deposit box next to the front door.
