"The room was very clean, Looks like a recent remodel. It was cool the night we stayed, so I can’t comment on the A/C, but it is a wall mounted window unit. "

"Property is about a mile away from St. George Street which I consider to be the downtown historic district. Therefore, it is a car drive with a $20 parking fee or an Uber if you want to go downtown. For the same reason, I find that a major hotel brand with its own parking lot to be nickel and diming guests to pay a nightly parking fee which also happens to be $20. But I guess that's a cost to figure into a travel budget to a tourist destination nowadays. Other than that, hotel was spotless,...

"A jewel in St Augustine. This hotel is very clean and all the staff were friendly and more than helpful. We started our day at the included breakfast area. A very nice assortment of items. Our waitress , Melinda, was so friendly she made breakfast a pleasure. The view from our room was tranquil in the am and lively at sunset. We did not use the pool but other guests appeared to enjoy it. We would return "

"The $5 shuttle, per person, was very useful to get to the Welcome Center in Old Town. Rooms are simple yet clean. Our second time and would go back again. Choice has just bought the property so it is looking more commercial than it did with private owners."

"All staff we met during our stay were very courteous and friendly. Adam was at the front desk during check-in and the majority of our stay. The continental breakfast was simple, but perfect. The kitchen came stocked with paper towels, a sponge, dish soap and dishwasher tabs, so we didn’t have to go out and purchase anything to clean up after ourselves. Housekeeping comes every other day, but they were more than willing to give us a fresh set of towels at the front desk after we used the pool. "

"This is a nice B & B in the beautiful historic district in St Augustine. It is in walking distance to everything you could possibly want to see or do. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Management did move our room from upstairs to the first floor, as my husband has some health issues, and we appreciated this. "
