"Townhouse was clean and beautifully decorated on main floor. Listing showed master bedroom & bath on “primary floor”. All 3 bedrooms were upstairs. My husband has difficulty climbing stairs & had we known this we wouldn’t have rented. For us a big problem was no drawers to put clothes in. Had to use suitcases. Closets were big and wonderful but no shelving. Had no garage pickup for 2 weeks ( we were there 3 weeks). Owner said he would take care of but it wasn’t in a timely manner. Hopefully...

"This property has a homey atmosphere with excellent accommodations for larger family gatherings. It is in an excellent location close to shopping, dining and family activities like the waterpark and amusement park. The basement game room and hot tub were very popular with the grandchildren. We would happily come back again!"

"This is a fantastic place for a family getaway! The house is great, well appointed, and very well kept. The view overlooking the Cedar River is mesmerizing with lots of wildlife and gorgeous sunsets. Cedar Falls is about five minutes away with lots of great shops and a variety of places to eat. "

"This was a super cool place. The upstairs room with projector was the highlight. The location was supreme for this area (The river in the back yard plus its on a dead end road and crops across the street). Why 4 stars not 5? Easy fix in my view. Floors were filthy the moment we walked in. My sons feet were black within 5 minutes. The stairs seemed to be an issue from previos reviews and description - but they were BAD. Luckily, we're a family of able bodied people...But even we struggled. It...

"This property is ideal in that it is clean and safe and so close to downtown, however the dryer was broken and I didn't find that out until I had two loads of wet clothes, so that was a negative. Overall though I will be returning because it is such a cozy, clean, and updated spot. The gated parking is a clear pro."

"We had a wonderful day! It was a lovely March day in the 70s and we spent the afternoon outside on the picnic table watching the river and all the birds!! The house and the grounds are lovely. I’d highly recommend it to anyone."

"Property was perfect for our family. Kitchen had everything we needed. There is a door that shuts before the staircase, which was nice with kids. We didn’t have to have a baby gate. No issues with noise from brewery below. We would definitely stay again."
