"Had to pay $20 a day to park, pool was broken and not fixed during my entire 3days stay, the elevator broke the second day, had to take the stairs from the 6th floor. Staff are horrible. The AC in my room broke from the first night, my room was changed the second night. All this kids from Sheraton hotel at the price they charging was a very unpleasant suprise and a huge disappointment. Don’t ever use this hotel, you will hate yourself for wasting money"

"Our room toilet was sluggish, then was completely clogged. I talked to Noah, the front-office staff, asking for it to be unclogged while we are out. When we returned 4 or 5 hours later, no work had been done. When I talked again with Noah, he said there was "no mechanic" working today (a Sunday). I asked for a different room. It took 3 hours for him to get us another room. Also, the motel was basically for transients and drug addicts."

"Front desk person did not provide any information and placed my reservation on a new Wyndham account instead of the account that I had a card for. Only one towel in the room for two guests and no bath mat. No breakfast as advertised. Homeless individuals in the stairwells."

"Shopping was okay. Furniture was torn. Outlet didn't have no protection. That's a safety has it."

"Room was very dirty, sheets on the bed were dirty and stained, towels had dirty spots on them. Bathtub was discussed, light in the bathroom was broken with exposed wires. Room didn't smell good. I will never stay there again."

"Painted in bright colors. Lobby organized. Although I booked the room for 2 people, the king bed had 2 standard flat pillows and there was one set of towels. The deadbolt was very loose and needed to be repaired. No elevator, long stair case (a by product of the old building) There were also bugs in the bed. The Google said they were carpet beetles and sometimes bit people. How can anyone stay there with bugs in the beds?"

"The property was clean. However my key card never worked!! I had to go to the lobby to have them reset my key several times. I will personally never stay at this hotel again"

"I did not like how remote the property was to any restaurants or fast food areas. Staff was not real helpful on sharing where food options were located after an evening checkin."

"The staff were so helpful and sweet! The two ladies at the front desk were so considerate and kind. Only feedback is our rooms headboard was falling apart and room was a little dirty but you can tell it’s just from age of the building and not the cleaning staff. The bathroom was spotless!"
