"Very well run property in general"

"We checked in on a Sunday night when it was empty - for two nights. Not sure why they opted to put us in the room right beside the stairs, but it was incredibly noisy at all hours of the day. There is almost no sound proofing between the rooms beside you or above you. Both nights we were woken up by the people above us. We could even hear them peeing.. The second night we had guests beside us and we could hear them slamming doors as they went between rooms and screaming at their TV. The beds...

"I booked a queen sized bed and it wasn’t a queen it was a double. They don’t have queen sized beds. Very disappointing. The staff was nice though. Just frustrating when you pay for something and don’t get it."

It also said to get in touch with front desk if any issues but there is nothing on the phone to let you do that so you have to get dressed and actually go to the front desk"
