"The location was convenient for our needs. It was quiet. The listing did not let you know that you had to leave your room for your “private “ bath. The listing stated there was air conditioning, there was a fan. Wayne was friendly and personable."

"It gets the job done for an overnight stay. Very close to Bradley International Airport and lots of dining choices nearby. The A/C worked great and bed was comfortable. Room was clean. On the negative side, it’s very dated and could use a total refurbish. Don’t bother with the free breakfast. Other than juice and coffee, sparse offering of maybe a bagel and maybe cereal. I didn’t look very hard as there was not much to see there. Easy check-in and check-out and plenty of free parking...

Staff was very friendly and helpful. check in/out was smooth. Staff pointed out places to eat that were nearby. Transportation to airport was arranged and on time as was my wake-up call. Vending machine was mostly empty."

"We got there and there was an issue with us checking in. We paid for the room in advance and had to pay the deposit when we got there. We got into the room and there was a dirty wet towel on the bathroom sink and the tub looked gross. At 8 am we were abruptly woken up by housekeeping banging on the door as if it was the cops with a search warrant. Which that happened because of the check in issue. Go downstairs to find out breakfast was not being held but no one informed us at check in the night...

"Had poor reception on my phone inside the building. Wi-Fi was available for free, if I signed up and joined the rewards program. Wasn’t happy about that option."

"It wasn’t how it looked on the picture and the rooms wasn’t cleaned and they have bed bugs and there was stains on the sheets. The staff was rude and the internet kept going out"

"2 nd floor smelled like sewage. When making reservations for a shuttle for 440 the agent told me it was full so I had to take the 340am shuttle. I left and came back to someone new checking in and witnessed the same agent tell a couple the shuttle was available for 440. I didn’t say anything because she looked right at me when I said I was going to report it.an older white email with white hair.probably would not come back because of that. It felt racial."

"There was not staff at the front desk. We could not get into the room because the room card did not work. No staff was to be found. No one answered the phone. We knocked on the office door. No body answered."

"The place is dated but staff were very friendly. Carpet in room looked new and bed was comfortable and clean. Needs work in other areas. Couch and chair had stains and a smell, definitely needs to be replaced. They did indicate they are doing renovations so hopefully those things will get done. "

"What a beautiful and charming inn! I loved everything about it. The restaurant food was delicious, and the breakfast was fresh and excellent. The coffee was amazing, and the organic milk was such a nice touch. The area is beautiful, and the parking was extremely convenient. I also felt very safe staying there with my two small children. Definitely going back again!"
