"At check in, Eduardo was super welcoming and accommodating. He made us feel at ease in a foreign country. The housekeeper was a doll. She approached us about our room to let us know it was ready and was so sweet. We had a great conversation with her about her background and her love of Italy. The place itself was impeccable. They thought of everything. The room we had was clean and gorgeous. If this could be my home I would definitely live here! "

"We had a fantastic stay. The room we stayed in was spacious with all the amenities needed and had the necessary air con when temperatures were excessively high. The breakfast was excellent and set is up for the day. There were complimentary snacks, pastries, fruit, tea and coffee available throughout the day. "Very Italian spacious property the area was very good The ac does shut off after a few hours for economic reasons and the nicely arranged showers did leak but it was beautiful we were six adults that had enough space and three bathrooms ( one couple did sleep on a sofa bed but it was not terrible) it could use a bit of update for for lighting and the sofa beds mattress good fit for us "

"The BOB W apartment by the Ponte Vecchio bridge was a 10/10! Best location with a 1-minute walk to the bridge, a grocery store, lots of restaurants, bakeries, gelato and shopping! Our family of three stayed here in the middle of our two week trip in Italy, since we wanted the fully-equipped kitchen and the washer. (They also had a drying rack).
