"Good location between Goblin Valley and Capitol Reef. Right off the highway which was convenient. Almost no traffic at night so it was relatively quiet. Perfect mix of camping and hotel room."

"This was a fun place to stay and a nice setup. I always wanted to stay in a yurt. Very grateful for a warm bathroom. We enjoyed the BBQ and having a fire at night. We live in the city, and I always look forward going to a place where I can see lots of stars. It's a bit close to the highway, but we did not hear anything traffic during the night. We slept great! "Property appears isolated, but is just edge of town. View of river and mountains from windows. Binoculars were provided. We were there to hike in Capital Reef which was about 20 minutes away. "

"Great host and property. The house is perfect for a couple and has everything you would need. After 2 weeks on the road this was the first stay that exceeded expectations! We loved it!"

"This is my third time staying with at this vacation home. I luv the location. It is a very well thought out house. The morning deck has a view of the bluff and the afternoon deck is Boulder Mtn. A lot of personal touches. They thought of everything. Coffee, cool drinks. There kitchen has all things one needs to cook with. I’m very envious of it. a must stay at!"

"This home is ideal for a family of 8-10. It is located minutes away from Capitol Reef. Amenities are all modern, very well furnished and very well maintained. Close to grocery and restaurants which is a big plus for the location. Highly recommend for a cosy family or friends vacation!"

"Obsessed with the views at Pinyon House!This A-frame near Capitol Reef National Park is a total dream. Every window frames a stunning view. The home is beautifully decorated, thoughtful details everywhere, and it was spotless. Such a quiet, relaxing escape with all the comforts of home. Perfect base for exploring the park, and even better for watching the stars at night. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Family trip for us with plenty of room for teenagers. Beautiful property in location sitting high up with view of creek. Big glass windows and porches to see the amazing sunsets and sunrises. Soft sheets and high quality shampoos/body wash. Very clean. "

"For a tiny home, this was quite a bit of space! Each our own comfortable (not too small) rooms, one bathroom even attached. Comfortable. Very clean. Great views. And Capitol Reef is truly an easy, straight shot (not to mention other National Parks within a few hours). Wonderful. Worth it. Would stay again!"
