"I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Hotel Roma and can't recommend it highly enough! The hotel is perfectly located within a short walking distance to both the Metro and Train stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the spotlessly clean environment. The housekeeping team does an excellent job maintaining the rooms, ensuring everything is tidy and fresh every day. "Great location. Clean room with storage space that is efficiently used. Note that the elevator is small like many others in Portugal. We were on the first floor and frequently just climbed the one flight of stairs rather than wait for the elevator."

"Hotel was beautiful and clean but what stood out to me was the staff - very attentive, friendly and super helpful. Johanna right at check-in at the registration desk, gave us lots of useful information, recommendations based on our plans, and even helped making some reservations for us. The location is great that one can walk to the old town and attractions, tons of restaurant choices nearby and close to water. I would love to stay there again if we visit Lisbon again. Best, Anis"
