When I raised this issue with the manager via email, his response suggested that guests are expected to go down to the front desk in person if calls from the room go unanswered—completely overlooking the impracticality of doing so at midnight while in nightwear. No form of compensation was offered for the discomfort caused. Furthermore, when I asked for a contact to escalate the matter, the manager, Bruno Teixeira, failed to respond—even after a follow-up reminder was sent.
