Reserved, pre paid for 2 rooms, I was told they would be adjoining (or next to each other...same floor would have been OK). During onsite registration, one room was ready, the other was not. Later, second room ready, they put my daughters name on room...room is on a different floor. My daighter needs me, I cant get to her floor because the elevator is floor specific by key. I go to front desk..they say "your room is 8th fl...and they cant understand that both rooms are mine , I paid for two rooms (that were supposed to be on the same floor) and they will not give e key to 5th Fl..My daughter has to come to lobby to let me up to her floor.
Service at bar was friendly but very slow...
They have free van to airport "every 15 min" ...it only holds 7 people...first come/first serve...needless to say. there was a long line for early flights...many people had to wait 30-60 min to get a ride...several walked to terminal rather wait
Room service ...was was just "OK" .
Hotel is convenient to airport...but not special..rooms very, very small..even by European room standards
