"What a lovely property with lovely hosts. Made us feel welcome and relaxed. Breakfast is just great! Full English, whatever you like, loads of options like cereals, crumpets, breakfast bars, fruit, yoghurts, waffles to name a few. Hosts attentive and eager to please while being friendly too. "Lovely luxury b&b in Torquay. Room had everything we needed and more. Breakfasts are ordered the night before to save on wastage which is understandable. Owners were lovely and available if needed as there isn't a front desk. Will definitely visit again when coming to Torquay."

"I reviewed our stay a part of the stay from 15-16 June because we extended this stay. Please read if you want more detail. We loved staying here and will definitely return. The hosts are excellent. The accommodation and breakfast are excellent. It is dog friendly, has off road parking. It is all excellent. It’s a 10 from us. Top marks. "

"We really enjoyed staying at Arran Lodge. Every single thing has been meticulously & tastefully done. We felt like we were staying at a four star hotel with the loveliest owners ever! Ashtray is provided for the balcony’s if needed! A beautiful clean room with fridge, fresh milk & bottled water daily, coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits, cakes! There’s a hairdryer & iron too. "I was at The Cimon for a brief stay but would highly recommend it. The owners go out of their way to make you comfortable. The room was spotless clean and well equipped with a very comfort bed and nice linens. The breakfast the following morning was first class! "

"So where do I start!! Me and my partner stayed here for her 30th birthday for the weekend. As soon as we arrived at the property we were greeted by John and Julie a lovely couple who run the hotel. They immediately ask if we wanted a drink, as was given a lovely tea and slice of homemade lemon cake which was perfect after our long drive. "Ericka, the proprietor, could not have made our stay more pleasurable. This property is beautiful as is, but the care and concern she showed us (we booked two separate rooms) was amazing. The cooked breakfast was excellent as well. This is a place that makes walking in to town easy or you could just sit in one of the outdoor spaces and admire the garden."

"Beautiful hotel well situated. Spacious clean room and bathroom with amenities. Lovely little added touches like fresh milk,water and even a welcome treat in the mini fridge, slippers and robes. Breakfast has plenty of choice with fresh fruit and pastries and a choice of freshly cooked breakfast’s. "Fabulous adults only property with stunning spa facilities. Excellent food, reasonable bar prices and friendly staff. We did ask to move rooms and (loud dripping from drainpipes just outside the room which was very annoying given the pouring rain) this was accommodated immediately. Nice to park in the hotel grounds, but £15 per day is a little excessive, although appreciate it is secure and monitored. Heated towel rail in the bathroom is way too small to accommodate bath towels and spa towel,...
