Please note we cannot guarantee luggage drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, we recommend booking luggage storage at the Bathurst Quay - Bounce Luggage storage location (you can find the website online.)
There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. It is strictly forbidden on our property anywhere and failure to comply may result in a penalty up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this.

No more than the stated number of guests in the reservation may stay overnight, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may result in an immediate cancellation of your stay.

Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).

Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed otherwise.

When we were at the unit (two night stay) we didn't watch much TV. We did spend most of out time relaxing by hanging out on the balcony watching the city life, planes arrive and land at the Toronto City Airport, boats of all kind throughout the Inner Harbor and take in the fantastic view (day & night) of the CN Tower. Watching the colors change on the tower was really a site to see! Another plus was a similar view from the bedroom. Such great views!! The unit was clean and had more amenities/supplies available than we expected. The communication with the host was top notch as well as the instructions for parking and unit access being thorough and easy to follow. When we visit Toronto again, we will surely plan around the availability of this property if possible.

Girls Trip

We were a party of 4 women in town for a long girls weekend. Toronto is a great city! The location was excellent! I especially loved having my coffee and night caps on the balcony. It has the best view of the lake and the city. It’s not big but the 4 of us has no issues with the size. Plenty of room. Check in was easy and I did receive an email checking on us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would stay there again!

The property was great in all ways. Clean. Convenient to downtown, groceries, Roger’s Centre. Great view. Well equipped with everything you might need. Excellent communication with the host. Comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

Working in the city

The process to book, check in and stay was seamless. The staff on site were very helpful. Our hosts were equally helpful and the suite was exactly as described and easily accessed. Thank you for sharing your property with us. we will book again!

Great location and view!

20 min walk to Budweiser Stage and Rogers Centre - gorgeous view of the lake from the balcony. Great spot with perfect amount space for 2-4 people.
