"Property is in a nice location, walking distance to the beach, some restaurants, convience store, and miniature golf. Rooms were extremely clean and bed was very comfortable with quality sheets and pillows. Available washer / dryer on premises came in useful. "

"Getting clean linen and towels was difficult. You have to leave dirty ones outside your door and then call the front desk and tell them what you left and they bring you exactly what you left outside. You only got one roll of toilet paper at a time. I can only guess this was for health reasons."

"It’s an older property but I liked it. I go to Topsail beach often. I live in Wilmington NC. It’s worth the 55 minute drive. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Beautiful ocean front view."

"Very cozy stay! Clean rooms, easy beach access, friendly and helpful host! I decided to take off to the beach for just a couple of days, and this was the perfect spot. Affordable and clean, please don't let the word "motel" missing out on this spot!"

"Overall was pleased with accommodations. Only negative was a strong lingering fish smell. But loved the layout, cleanliness, and condition. By far the best thing was the view from room, and balcony, even had a great view from bed. Beach access was great also and really enjoyed the quiet , non crowded and laid back atmosphere. "We booked Sea Vista for the first time knowing that it was a refurbished 1950s motel and expected nothing more but we were surprised! The cost was fantastic but the oceanfront view from all of the rooms was the best. Jonathan and all of the staff were so very helpful and there if you needed them - if not, they left you alone to enjoy this peaceful place. "This was a perfect, cozy spot for us to spend our baby moon. We were greeted by a beautiful view on the top floor of the beach and spent plenty of time on the outside patio areas taking in the views of the ocean and dolphins daily! We were thrilled with how convenient the location was to beach access (seconds away) which allowed us to freely go back and forth to the house. "Nice home with beach in the front and the intracoastal waterway in the back. The kids and I had a lot of fun! The beach here wasn’t crowded at all. There are lots of good places to eat nearby, or a well stocked kitchen in the home. Would definitely stay again, thank you!"
