"Such a cute studio that has everything you need. Communication from the host was excellent. It’s a nice quiet part of the island and proximity to the beach was great! Loved that we could pack light and use beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas available. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware etc. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The house is in a perfect location and decorated like I would decorate my own beach house. We enjoyed all the things...early sunrises and evening sunsets off the back of the house were amazing, kayaking was perfect with a dolphin, a sea turtle even laid her eggs during the week we were there!!! Access to beach is just steps away. Beds were very comfortable and we slept great! Erik was extremely attentive and great communication!! I look forward to returning to this beautiful home!"

"The host was very responsive and attentive. Everything was laid out with what we needed. Clean towels, spare blankets and very comfortable beds. The property where we were located had nice amenities and was close to the beach. I would recommend updating the pots and pans, oven mitts and the carpet. Overall, we would definitely stay there again. "

"Do NOT stay at this location!! The owner is very creepy and weird. I pulled up at the day of arrival. And after he drove up in the driveway and got out. I called his name and he just looked and stared at me WITHOUT speaking! I called his name twice and he just stared at me. Super awkward and strange. Do not stay here! "

The location is next to train tracks, but it wasn't an issue for us because we were awake so it didn't disturb us. Host was very responsive.
