"I loved the friendly staff from reception, concierge, restaurant staff to housekeeping, everyone was very attentive. I loved the room amenities and cleanliness. Also, the location is great for tourism. All other high end hotels are further north in Gulshan, which add a lot of road time and traffic to go to the tourists attraction like old Dhaka, Fort, Universtiy, etc. I can only recommend to stay here!"

" "quiet atmosphere! This location is a bit away of the market commotion! Rooms are neat and clean! Staff is pretty curious, although some untrained but quick to resolve any issue! Will definitely consider staying again. Food is Excellent there and Restaurant staff is phenomenal! "

"Just a wonderful hotel overall! Great location, close enough to major attractions in Dhaka, including the train station for onward travel to Khulna (the gateway to Sundarbans National Park). Hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and courteous, upon arrival, even allowing me to check-in much earlier than the stated check-in time. Room was clean and was spacious enough for a solo traveller! "One of the safest and cleanest hotel experiences in Dhaka. My room was 678 sq ft. Large ,well kept, and modern. I could order gourmet food 24/7 which was an excellent perk. Breakfast area is small in size but food is great. "

Staff were courteous and helpful in every respect - quality of hotel decor and fittings was very good. Excellent comfortable room, and food was well produced from varied menu.
