The Space:
Great Success Stud by Tiny Away puts you right by Tongala, on a working horse training complex where the rhythm of galloping hooves starts your day. Stay in a tiny house surrounded by countryside calm, with daily training sessions just outside your door.

Explore the region with a Sunday trip to the Girgarre Market, a visit to Kyabram Fauna Park to meet native animals, or an afternoon of wine and live music at the Shiraz Republic. Echuca’s paddleboats, the Violet Town Market, and Mitchelton Wines are all within easy reach.

Thic cozy 139-square-foot tiny home features easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny home and the outdoor space directly around it. Please avoid the caretaker’s residence and horse training areas unless you have been invited.

Transport from nearby towns can be arranged for a small fee — Tongala $10, Echuca $25.

On the second Sunday of the month, follow the locals to Girgarre Market, where handmade goods and homegrown produce fill stalls and fences alike. It’s more than a market—it’s a slice of the community, served with a smile.

The local flavour doesn’t stop there—Kyabram Fauna Park brings you face to face with kangaroos in open paddocks, while Echuca adds river energy and historic charm to the mix.

For slower afternoons, Shiraz Republic offers wine, music, and countryside views. Or take a scenic drive to Mitchelton Wines to enjoy tastings among the vines. Violet Town Market is also nearby—a regional favourite where locals trade fresh produce, handmade goods, and warm conversation.

Getting Around:
By Car:

- Cobram hosts a rodeo similar to Echuca.
- Both towns feature events at festivals including music festivals and riverboat festivals.

By Public Transport:

- A bus service stops in Tongala, which is 8 km away.
- Transport can be arranged to pick people up from Tongala.

By Flight:

- The nearest airports are in Shepparton and Echuca.
- Transfers from these airports to Cobram can be arranged upon request.

Other Things to Note:
- A Gas BBQ grill is available
- The property is suitable for kids
- Washer and dryer are available
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Guests may smoke near the designated fire and barbecue areas
- Telstra and Optus have good mobile reception; other have weak or limited coverage
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival

Important note:

- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
